Program Description

The Online Master of Science in Healthcare Administration program at Utah Tech University will consist of 42 credit hours. This program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in administrative roles in the healthcare industry, whether it be in private or public sectors. Students will have the chance to gain practical experience through internships, study abroad, and research initiatives. Additionally, the program incorporates the awarding of micro-credentials at significant milestones to acknowledge the students' progress and achievements.


Admission Requirements 

  1. A B.A. or B.S. from a regionally accredited institution or the equivalent for international students with the following prerequisites a grade of B or higher) with an undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.3 or greater.
  2. Submit a Personal statement of why you have chosen to pursue a career as a Healthcare Administrator.
  3. Submit official transcripts of undergraduate degree and prerequisite courses.
  4. Submit three (3) confidential letters of recommendation. Preference will be given to letters of recommendation that address the appliapplicant'semic experience.
  5. All international students must demonstrate language proficiency in Standard American English.
  6. Complete an interview with the Master of Science Healthcare Administration program admission committee.
